You're not the only head scratcher on that one! Hopefully the Q3 numbers will jumpstart the numbers and attention to get the market to see what most on the board have seen. Makes it a good time to buy.
IMO, Vivint is a poor comparison for valuation based on revenue. They do leases, whereas SUNworks does sales. So, we get all our revenue right away at time of install. They get little or no revenue at time of install (yet have the same labor and supply costs at that time). Their revenue (and profit) comes later in the form of monthly lease payments for 20 or so years.
