airdale1: isn't buyout rumored for NDOL not AURC?

I'm perplexed by the sell off in NDOL from .5/sh range over past few days when IR had supposedly made it clear to expect news next week. 'has not been the case w/AURC although I haven't asked them.

any thoughts ?

I had been thinking in terms of a buy-out but the partnership idea is looking more and more attractive in view of the gold price projections.
