I already said blaming CEPSA would be the likely excuse. With ERHC it always seems as of it is the operators fault. Isn't it interesting how all other companies manage to release data and many of them are not the operator. CEPSA probably has no interest in releasing the data since they are not a public company. However, it is HIGHLY doubtful they would deny ERHC the ability to do so. But ERHC needs to ask. Perhaps ERHC learned NOTHING from their previous experience with SNP when they also were lax in releasing data.
Exactly gremlin.... ERHE was extremely quick to release chad info. So no conspiracy theory's here. Kenya is a different, and far bigger fish, so of course it will take longer. Also I'm sure there's a bit if CEPSA red tape, as expected with a large international oil co.
