Never the call company, always ask questions and receive responses in writing. That way everyone can be held accountable.

Author an E-mail, if the company does not respond, then you've certainly received an "answer" and you've certainly learned something important.

Never call the company directly, they will generally tell you what you want to hear in an effort to get you off of the phone quickly.
