My estimation is they converted about 500 million shares since the run started last week. Previous O/S was 3 billion and the A/S is 5 billion, so they have another 1.5 billion shares left to convert. Then A/S increase so they can get more. The conversions/selling has been reckless and irresponsible. They could sell in a more reasonable way if the merger with SoOum was legitimate.
Rich Kaiser and SoOum need to get work something out with these noteholders or SWRF is dead.
