It is not up to Admin to express opinions about whether something is "slanderous" or not. All I know is that until Joel admits to investors he lied on October 6th, and has been evicted from the Keystone, the picture of the Cease & Desist should be in the ibox. I'd take it down if Joel would post an apology for lying to investors, and a full copy of the C&D on his website. Like that's going to happen....

Qualification of applicant for small scale mining licence
83. A licence for small-scale mining opertion shall not be granted to a person unless that person (a) is a citizen of Ghaa,
(b) has attained the age of eighteen years, and
(c) is registered by the office of the Commission in an area designated under
section 90(1).
