regarding the merger of OVRL and ANY? Do you or any other forum members have an idea as to what has been taking so long with the process of getting the proxy documents out to the shareholders? Have to love that AC on the other one with the wait until next Tuesday B/S post lol.

ANY has been moving in the right direction for the last two wks despite the turmoil in the market for secondary stocks. This could be a sign that pressure on shorts is beginning to be felt.
