Cornell's agreement to Sell Shares.

So, the MM's Buy+Sell to each other
to generate Volume and keep the appearance
of genuine interest when in fact it is just ...
False Volume or 'Churn'.

This is not an opinion, it is fact.

Anyone with a Brain knows this.
