Would not expect anything else from teva

just loosing patience with fda at this point. when is enough ..waiting on 6 years and allowing teva to ridicule the agency and game the system

I would want MNTA to issue a few press releases showing the patent losses (patent office ruling) and why they are optimistic about winning the litigation and also breaking the new patent they have for the twice weekly (or whatever) formulation.

To see TEVA stock trashed by FDA approval of Copaxone would cause the popping of a Dom bottle and the evisceration of their new copaxone by a court rendering their patent invalid would cause me to immediately begin a week long of celebration.
