I'm not selling for 5usd no. However, I have longer term than what most analyst have when recommending a stock and that should be taken into account as well, in addition to risk tolerance and probability for events/revenues to occur.

Maybe you're right that price target=intrinsic value.. I was in the belief that that intrinsic value would take into account intangible assets (know-how, trademarks, management etc) in acquisitions cases. Whereas price targets would be more temporary based on discounted cash flow, multiples and peers-comparisons.


My point was just that I prefer a buy-recommendations with 500% upside than nothing at all. If they set 5usd or 30usd now doesn't really matter because by the time PPS has reached 5usd analyst coverage wont be a problem anymore, and you will see a lot more recommendations with higher price targets that will add more attention to the company.
