YOu are correct to be concerned, but I am guessing that she did have an alternate source of funding or would have taken the deal she was offered from the Pension fund. She has also stated several times that she is moving ahead. I am concerned about when the construction will start because I believe the PPS for VSPC will be directly impacted by the launch timing.
