Whats up Rich. Wasn't really a debate more of a question and answer session. With no answers, LOL.

I just didn't understand where bell was getting his information from and was curious whether or not the facts that he was stating on this forum were gathered from a website owned by someone sued by MusclePharm for 6 million dollars for trade libel and defamation.

Specifically, Bell states numbers such as the following:

$1,018,149.43 and included 57 creditors

After all my research, the only place I could find this information was from a website owned by Anthony Connors, who owes MusclePharm 6 million.

Specifically, the bolded information below:

MusclePharm, which markets itself as “The Athlete’s Company”, is controlled by former NFL player Brad Pyatt (CEO) and Cory Gregory (Exec. VP). In Feb. 2008 Pyatt filed a Chapter 7 personal bankruptcy case, with debts totaling $1,018,149.43 and 57 creditors (more creditors than he played seconds in the NFL).

I just find it really interesting that information ONLY FOUND from a website sued for trade libel and defamation is being copied and pasted onto this forum.

Here is the exerpt from the 8K showing Anthony Connors owes MusclePharm 6 million dollars:

On September 25, 2014, the Superior Court of New Jersey Law Division: Bergen County (the “Court”) ordered judgment in favor of MusclePharm Corporation (the “Company”) in a law suit, Docket No.: BER-L-681-14, the Company filed against defendant Anthony Connors for defamation and trade libel seeking injunctive relief and damages. Pursuant to the Order for Judgment, the Court awarded damages in the amount of $5,086,000.00 plus punitive damages in the amount of $1,000,000.00.

If Bell could provide a document he claims he has that would show these numbers, that would be one thing, but I feel like I am being sent on a goose chase. LOL.
