Funds and PE want to buy cheap...they will wait for dummy retail to sell into them on the bid...or buy large blocks that short put up to contain SP (or shares shorts who have bought, to sell into the bid on uplifts). (Shorts will have long and short accounts to try to manage shares...but this will be getting too big for them to continue doing so, and very shortly (no pun intended))

Patience is their strength...so dont expect high vol. unless retail or shorts give it to them..

IMHO...quiet accumulation until news...then when we see 1M plus shares per day...you will know they are all in...so will shorty a/k/a Mr. Limo Driver.
