You claim Husqvarnas smartcarb is not the same. Just the name is the same. For that matter then MTVX should put Husqvarna TM stickers on their products and simply claim they are different. My guess is MTVX won't do anything with the smartcarb similarities. Husqvarna is a much larger company. Probably not wise to mess with them.
