What is going to stop the consumer from searching Simbadeals.com for discounted goods and then going directly to the merchant to buy products leaving Domark with no commissions?
This is why I think Domark is trading at .0001. There does not appear to be a reason to complete the transaction through Simbadeals.com when you can use their site to search discounted products and then complete the purchase by going directly to the merchants website for the sale. Then going forward the merchant (Overstock.com) will send the consumer emails enticing them to come back to Overstock.com with discounts and specials leaving Simbadeals.com out of the equation.
The only thing I see that will work here is if Andy gets the backing of media, bloggers, publishers behind Simbadeals.com to direct traffic to their site. Without this group behind Simbadeals.com this business will die quickly.
