I don't need to explain, my post says it all. Insiders have been doing this for years, they get stock grants, they have to sell a few to pay for taxes. Very common.
Why not add the info when you post, rather that attempt to mislead. We know that in a few days insiders will be buying more as they get paid, because they take part of their pay in shares.
