Subject: Greetings Tom

The shareholders are restless. I know I attend the chat room on Raging Bull whenever I can afford the time. Simply put for exposure the latest announcement was ground breaking. For investors the release was hollow and disappointing. No offense but there was nothing there to hold investor interest. Consequently the PPS has walked right back down.

I am not suggesting any sort of fluff PR here. That could have tragic consequences, what I do suggest however is that ADZR make some sort of interview that shareholders (at least) could better understand where the company has been where they are going, what is around the corner.

Tom one thing I am picking up on the RB thread is discomfort with the non-disclosure clause Adzone had to release the recent news under. They are confused what to expect from their investment? I have suggested to Dan Wasserman he attend a webcast interview...something to ally investor fears that this investment is not a dog, the real thing and going places. I have discovered some Investor Clubs advising their members to follow ADZR; indeed invest! This webcast would simply be a telephone interview (typically) as long as someone in the know Mr. Cardona??? could address pertinent questions on the company's progress to date. I suggested to Dan Wasserman the site www.ceocast.com of course you know best where to do the interview I am mearly suggesting the validity of such an interview. Growing impatience could mean increasing numbers of investors taking their money elsewhere. I don't want to see that and I reckon neither does Adzone. hence this email.

Very best of luck Tom

Cheers..Rich (shareholder)

Dear Rich,

From Charles, Dan and the rest of the AdZone executive management team, many thanks for your very valued input.

Constraints from the major defense contractor referenced in the last news release prevented us from naming it, as well as the value of the contract. We made it clear it was not open to discussion. It was not.

That's the reality of government contracts that are top secret. And I cannot imagine any AdZone supporter wanting the company to be in violation of those rules.

If anything, I would hope that they would be patriots, understanding and supporting the company in its very important, top secret work.

What is open to discussion, as a matter of fact, is that AdZone, via Dan Wasserman, with Charles Cardona there as well, is going to be making a major presentation at the Equities Magazine Summer Conference in New York City on Thursday, June 19th, just two weeks from now.

Not only will Dan be making the main presentation, it is also being simulcast on the Web. So you and I can not only hear it live, we also can follow along with a PowerPoint presentation we can click on.

Look to see a news release on this early next week, perhaps as soon as Monday, and you can also see immediate verification of this on www.equitiesmagazine.com <http://www.equitiesmagazine.com> . When the home page comes up, click on "Next Meetings" on the top left of the page, scroll down and you will see AdZone's name on the roster of distinguished presenting companies.

At its last conference, Al Berkeley, the vice chairman of NASDAQ, was the featured luncheon speaker. Clearly, this is a major league event.

This is a very major advancement for the company's presence in the investment community, since we are the only OTC Bulletin Board company presenting, with more than 200 special situation professional investors attending in person, and 200 to 400 more tuning in via the Web real time to hear the presentation. There will also be follow up coverage by the magazine after the conference.

I am not at liberty to share with you how these very positive developments unfolded in seemingly lighting fashion over the past few days after the announcement of the first winning contract.

But I hope it puts in perspective for you how rapidly the AdZone name is gaining increased prominence on a daily basis at the highest levels of government agencies, suppliers to it, and the media that covers it. That's just, as they say, the tip of the iceberg.

Thanks again for your continued support of ADZR. You are, of course, welcome to share this information with all current and potential AdZone investors, as it is already in the public domain, and I invite you and all ADZR investors to tune in to the presentation on the afternoon of June 19 at 2 p.m. EST.

If you care to post this on Raging Bull, I'd be delighted. Again, thank you for your support, and I believe it will be validated many times over in the years immediately ahead.

And thanks to all the other AdZone shareholders who share your support of the company and its continued efforts to make the world a better place.

God bless America, Rich, and all who, like you, stand with us in support it, as well as the global world that deserves to be free of terrorism.

Best, Tom
