We have always said that we have been using ISI's patents, so I'm not sure why you keep posting those remarks!!.

We do own the VDK 2.0 that's why were in the lawsuit!!.
Am I missing something here?.
TMMI came out of the Federal Bankruptcy Court in California in June 1998 WITH ownership of VDK 1 thru 1.4 and licensing rights to VDK 1.5 thru 1.9,which is the VDK 2.0!!.
Sorry but,that can't be over turned!!.

Contracts will come afterwards, not your problem or mine!!.

Contracts equal revenues, which will follow after the research program,with RTN is completed or the lawsuit concludes!!.
