We agree the stock will rebound, we see the value of the core business, the pps will rebound much faster with the execution of the Truck deal, slower without it. Not to confuse anyone, I feel very strongly that this deal is alive and kicking, and time is running out before the next leg up. I don't know what will be the next priority for AMMX as a company once the deal is executed. I am caught between wanting AMMX to become SEC compliant, fully reporting, up to date etc and or some kind of stock repurchase or even a dividend.

I honestly think based just on core business ammx should be somewhere between 5 and 10 cents .

do you have anything to support that evaluation? because honestly, you are wrong, that would put AMMX's market cap at $33M to $66M, which is overvalued at this point without the Niger deal.
