It is worrisome somewhat. The world relies on multiple vendors of products to satisfy it's wants and needs though.
Cars, electronics, food stuffs, pharmaceuticals, etc..... There is no one single source of anything that satisfies all needs. The key is to have a niche and be able to give something that others don't.
In due time, we will see if PSID satisfies the "niche" criteria.
