Good question. I dont know if there is a certain % but would like to know the answer to that.


So we got 1 mil that was offered at .05. Do we know how many individuals got .05? I didnt see it at first glance. Sometimes you got 50 people and sometimes just a few get a large %.


This person has had 2 100k blocks and at least 1 50k block? So they own 25% of the float at least.


Maybe they are just taking profit and moving on.
