Been keeping a close eye on that. Joe said back in Aug. that there wasn't anything he could report. He also said that could change very quickly. Back in June or July they released that filing stating the third party claims of MMJ for EFIR were false. Since when does a trip zero stock that is dead care. I think tgere was some validity to it, and the co. didn't want it to be put at risk by email pumpers. All IMO of course.
