It really does not need to be from S or M in my view. Someone who we can rely on, someone with sales to government experience can pick this up in my view. He might have done great things in large company settings but whatever he is doing in here is simply not working. TSA order should be our beginning not the end and I don't think that he has the capability to deliver even after that. This is my personal view after seeing and observing his performance for 2.5 yrs.

buzz - first off, as a fellow shareholder far be it for me to dissuade you from posting or for dampening your enthusiasm. Lord knows we need more of that around here, so let me take a step back and say, welcome to the board. your posts are appreciated.

now…to take your hypothetical…right now, today, if you told me we could steal Morpho's Marketing Director (or VP Sales, whatever the title) I would say HELL YEAH as that would be a tremendous coup and give much credibility to Implant TODAY. A Morpho Mkt Dir today knows as much or more than Jones, IMO, because they sell more than just ETD.

Do I know that this mythical VP would be any better at selling the B220? No I do not. But I doubt they would come to Implant if they didn't see the potential. Alas, I do not think there is a snowballs chance in hell of this happening.
