Thank you very much Impact58. Our team has worked hard with Giorgio to integrate into Nyxio and to become one company. Each person focusing on their strengths and each member being accomplished at their roles in previous positions they have held in their careers. We take a person with 1 share as seriously as someone with 3 million dollars worth. Success in my humble opinion comes from open, honest communication and hard work into a business plan that can be executed on with the capital available. Thank you.

If you are insinuating I am a bad CEO impact58, I will take that as a compliment and with a grain of salt. It was me that brought 212 and Nyxio together. I am more than willing to take insults, as long as they are reasonable. Many have bought Nyxio stock, I'm assuming, long before you owned it. John explained what many have tried to explain before. Many microcap companies have challenges raising capital because of the stock price. Many microcap companies get burned by investors. It is a challenge. But to be clear, anyone can be a Monday morning quarterback, but until you're actually playing the game, you don't know what it's like to be hit by a linebacker.
