OldKnight ..love the name ! Todays Word from our Lord, well i guess appropriate when im talking about trees that i love, lol.....to mention what Jesus said about the beauty of flowers....says it all, eh?:

This is awesome.....and i have to agree. I have seen beautiful, amazing buildings, cities and modern cool devices of all kinds....but at end of the day - there is nothing for me, that can touch the simple beauty in some trees or flowers that i like -- and they are these living things too...... its all too amazing sometimes taking it all in.
...and i notice that Jesus said Solomon's glory was not like ONE of these flowers. One. Again, i agree: Gwooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!....i am gonna go outside today and hug a flower and a tree (wink)....in my mind as i would look kinda krazy actually doing it, especially the flower - cause how?-- lol...cause i know The One who made them....makes me love the flower, the tree and Him even more.......
I think we Believers should be as 'Green', as people who are environmentalists.....i walk around and dont want to kill grass blades under me, ants, nothing these are a miracle little creatures and things Created. Yes the world was Created for us we walk in His Image, and we utilize this gift and we herd animals to eat, and reap harvest, and plant gardens for just beauty, and landscape and shape the rough forms of beautiful trees and a billion etc...; but isnt it nice and appropriate to remember we started off in a lovely, loved and maintained Garden at first, this was God's perfect dwelling for Man.....so at the very least, i try to walk a gentle walk, be Green where i can though have more work to do, and greatly admire the billions of Created miracles all around me.
Ok im goin' off the railings.......today............yet i dont care, lol. ....Gwooo!
