So why on EARTH did YA demand those items???

Maybe it is because they knew that there was a financing package and a suitor looming and SVFC just needed them to be the bridge past the IR debacle.

Surely a new majority stake or suitor would want updated financials, ANDREWS secured and audit/CFO to take that out of the CEO's hands...

YA is allowed to convert some and hold a huge stake that may indeed run to a penny or more...
