Hey its simple guys...
1. What you do is contact their Transfer Agent. TA will let you know what the deal is. Most likely they'll tell you "we haven't heard anything" BUT believe me, you'll end up causing a stir specially on the TA side.
2nd, you fax them the fillings and any other evidence. Ask for their manager. Get names, etc etc
TA's typically take this stuff very serious.
If no one helps you guys. Tell them, you'll escalate the matter.
I would hope everyone gets to what they're entitled to.
My guess, daddy will be driving up i95.
