Because they aren't supplying them with anything, that would be a flat out lie. It's their own tech with no connection to apt. That connection was made by the pumpers during the RM hype to rope in bag holders.

I did never see before a dilution like this in a company working very good and with a real product on the market ,over 300 mill to this level,it's like crazy thing.A PR more or less it's useless ,IMO
