Well sir, a few months back it popped to 11 on news of contracts only even though it was still heavily losing money albeit not as much as 2013 but now with profits looming it could do the same. It could spike to 11 or12, But I would be thrilled if it would move to the 8's and hover there establishing new lows in the low to mid 8's.
