DC The agreement stated on June6,2013 between ADI and Radient had to be changed. Therefore the agreement that was posted must have been renegotiated and Changed, since the 8-K states ADI as a Division..The agreement posted between UNI and Radient and ADI is not the original agreement signed..If it was then why did Mac state that the agreement was between Uni and AMDL DX Inc. We don;t know what was in the agreement after it was changed and re-negotiated..imo Wolf Pack
