I have read the article a couple of times now and the entire thing sounds like a complete statement of material facts by the CEO. The only forward looking statements made in the entire piece that were not backed up by facts were made by the person writing the article. If shareholders want to sue someone sounds like they should start with the journalist. The CEO did nothing but state the facts.

I have seen that, and there is nothing in there that isn't true or contradicts their filings or PRs.
