Lets get that form 10 and audited financials out, month end is Friday. Being Halloween and all, lets hope we get a treat and not a trick. :))) $$$$$$
According to Eric the form 10 and audit will be out no later than end of month which is the end of this week. No backing out of this one, he made the date, not us.

Nowhere, at no time and to no one did the company state that the Form 10 was filing this week. That's complete BS from the xxx brigade. We clearly stated that it would be filed THIS MONTH in one filing, and in a blog stated "in a few days". We did not ever say THIS WEEK because we're quite occupied with a major screening event in Hollywood today and knew that this was not a good week to peruse the lengthy Form 10 report.
