Hello LESN, Like you said there is no time limit. I just talked to my broker at Scottrade and he confirmed this as well. Seeing it is a "very limited regulated market" in penny land seems not much oversight by regulators. I asked about the difference between this type of "gambling" and BK and he said not much difference. At Scottrade they offer a form call "Worthless Security form". I can fill it out and at least take the tax loss if I want. As for other brokers guess one would need to ask their individual brokerage houses. As long as LM and company are feeding off the "gamblers" this could go on forever? At what time does the companies "working" with them throw in the towel? This is when it truly would be done as a company?

lesn: Wow. Where are the shares going? No bid tells us there are no commoners buying shares. Obviously, some are market makers but that will fill up. The only thing I can think is the Friends of YA are converting and keeping the shares.

To some extent I agree,,,

"So, I guess it can be a strategy to throw a few thousand down here at .0001 and just keep putting the sell stop at .0002 and forget about it. In three years one might double their money, if one is lucky."

& I hope the gamblers are satisfied with GTC sells @ .0002 because this will be going higher.

At best they've probably deluted a little over 2 billion shares & there's still 5B+ for them to unload. They're not going to make any money selling @ .0001, not with daily volume of 15 million shares or less. So they need to let it run at some point. No, I don't think this gets back to a penny. But If they really want to max out their OS they've got to take this close to .008 or .009 on one run turn arround & run it again to .005 a couple months later. Otherwise they're stuck in the same still water as the people they robbed.

I don't think what I've said is unlikely because YA & Laura have left no doubt that they will keep this stock on life support & wring every last drop of blood from the market.
