all penny stocks have that and they all use it...its called selling shares...dillution...

thats all the deal with csc is...dilution... nothing more...csc is not providing kblb with $7.5 mil...they are providing kblb with $100k for about a day or two until they sell the shares they bought...the they will use that $100k again when kblb needs more money...and they will continue to use that same $100k over and over...

the $7.5 mil is being provided by shareholders...the csc deal is a joke..its a facade......csc provides nothing that kblb couldnt do on their own...
