I think whoever buys us out would wait until Kim builds up the company. We are about to see earnings perhaps by the end of this year but for sure by the early part of next year.
Once we are an entity able to stand on our own without the need for dilution, KBLB will become a buy out candidate. Therefore, my prediction for this would be perhaps by the end of next year. It will happen sooner than we think, IMHO.
Remember, any company which buys us out would own a priceless gem, a company capable of delivering endless growth for many decades. How much is that worth?
Who would and could buys us out? The list is endless from JNJ to MKK, to UTX to MMM, to DD to any number of other examples.
This company will be a steal to whoever buys it even at a price of $35.00. Endless growth for 24.5 billion? CHUMP CHANGE and a steal....
