I have to state again you need buyers. Your support is not there. To many have been burned with HALB and are skeptical to jump back in. That last PR was so sloppily written and HALB told investors what they were doing. No secret. If you can get massive support and start exerting some buying pressure it will move. It will take that huge volume to get this going.
