I seem to remember him mentioning it a couple of weeks ago. And quite frankly, I'm sure he doesnt "want" to release any of the current filings. We all have to know that it all looks really ugly right now. As hard as it may be, we have to take his word for it that they want a future to this company. That's hard to do. I struggle with it myself. For now though, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. Time will tell whether the actions match up to the talk.
