Not necessarily rumors...IME barring any unknown legal or financial impediments this company needs to give their investors and prospective investors a reason to believe.
If they decide to put their public face forward--I think they are going to have a dramatic OPENER.
If they don't I believe it will be a colossal missed opportunity for all involved.
