How come Goldcorp, doesn't just go down there, give uspr billion dollars and Goldcorp earn another 9 billion dollars? How come that? Why?

Or, it could be any gold producer, which we know uspr is not.

Is uspr board members to stupid, to know they could make billion dollars? How come that? Why?
