I honestly think this company will be sold or spun off in pieces. There are too many poor decisions, too much stock, and there is the "lease/leverage" problem. It may appear to be oversold on the charts, but unless they pull a rabbit out of a hat, the price of RE's will slowly will kill this thing. JMO
