At the bottom of page 39 it has the amount of capital commitment $500,000 needed which seems to be what is discussed in the paragraph in question on page 39 about sales personnel.
In an email from Mr. Birmingham I received Sept 5, he stated that sales personnel for the Kruud Klean product were in the field. This is a bit confusing because the wording in the S-1 from today is very similar to the wording for the sales reps for KK in the previous S-1 in August. However the one in August does after reading the August S-1 it seems that it could have to do with the Kruud Klean.
I am confused, however it seems that the company providing the solution is still in the process of ramping up production to meet demand so maybe the whole plan has been postponed while production is being increased. That would make sense if they plan on fulfilling more orders starting in December.
Here is the question and response from my email:
Quest- I understand from the last S-1/A that sales personnel will likely be starting in the field next week, does this mean we will here of more purchase orders soon?
Answer- "Personnel has been on the road for the last four weeks in Kansa and Texas and will be again for the next couple of weeks specifically in the Kansas oil patch and may be in the Oklahoma oil areas as well during this time."
Have a feeling the company has something up their sleeve that we don't know about, what that is I have no idea???
Looking forward to some regular news so shareholders can get a good grasp of what the company has to offer. I feel we are close to some meaty news. IMHO GL - I will be buying another 100k or so in the morning to add to my collection of PGCX :)
