$IBIO In my opinion: If you look at the timing of all the various class action lawsuit news releases, it is always AFTER HOURS every time. They intentionally release the negative news when people cannot get out because the market has already closed, thereby CAUSING investors to get stuck in morning gap down. IT IS A SET-UP!!! This logically means that the share price is ARTIFICIALLY being held down. In other words, the true VALUE of $IBIO stock is, more than likely, higher than what is currently being reflected in the market. If the law firms were genuinely well intentioned, and they were not intentionally trying to lower the share price, then they would NOT release class action news after hours!! It is a combined strategy to ARTIFICIALLY lower $IBIO's share price. It is COLLUSION. If $IBIO is as valueless as the firms are saying it is, then they would NOT have to strategize so diligently and blatantly to FORCE the price down by releasing AH negative news. Whatever the true value of $IBIO shares are now, chances are very good that it is being masked by these law firm's strategic negative news releases. Do not be fooled. The SEC or the courts should step in to sanction these apparently UNSCRUPULOUS law firms, and this behavior. It is akin to "unfair bargaining power" in contracts law; Negative news released after hours, so the consumer intentionally stuck in the morning gap-down. If the maligned actions of these law firms are not illegal then they should be. The above noted post is all my personal observations. However, it is my strong opinion that there should be LAWS AGAINST this unfair trading strategy being frivolously employed by these institutions.
