Question: for the notes here, specifically the one matured on October 21st... Do the note holders need to convert come maturity date or can they continue to hold and send in a conversion notice at some later date? Or must shares be handed out on the 21st?

We are inching ever closer to my prediction just week ago of trips..

I really wish the S/P would have gone higher on the last news of the SPA, but if that didn't move the price there is no chance..

I notice a lot of people who used to post here when it was in the .002's saying it was going to pennies in a few days have now left.

Now all the longs are left with even less then before.

A/S increase will be the only hope the company has..

Another sad day for FLPC longs :'-(
