$40M would be a disaster IMO.

I am estimating organic growth in their core business at around $4M / qtr. Sales is not growing in a straight line. I believe there there is some natural bumpiness from qtr to qtr, and this bumpiness is exacerbated by new product launches and initial rollout of inventory to new distribution channels.

Q1 was an anomaly at $50M, while Q2 was a relatively "normal" qtr that came in at $46M. I am adding $4M in organic growth to get to $50M.

Relatively stronger or weaker organic growth could cause them to come in over or under $50M. As always with MSLP, an upside revenue surprise is more likely than a downside one.

I haven't a clue how much Combat Crunch, Walmart, and Sams could add to this figure if they shipped inventory early and booked the revenue in Q3. I would not be overly surprised by any number between $50M and $60M.

As for earnings - as always, I haven't a clue.
