So what if it has??? These are emerging companies thus they are on the penny market. it takes money to make money and if a company dilutes shares for the purpose of raising funds to further their business model then so be it!
Why are you and a few so stuck on this dilution topic?
i understand but if dilution as take place and the PPS is consistantly higher then that is good if the float is this tight which means the "diluted shares" were needed not "DUMPED"
