What you're suggesting would/could have brought in some traders but probably not a whole lot of investors.
Many came here as traders and remain as investors.This is why it is important for companies to promote their accomplishments.
There is not one reason for the company not to press release all of it's great accomplishments. Not one. By not press releasing them, it does nothing to support the potential underlying value of the stock, thus we see the price drift in the wrong direction. Uninformed investors / traders become frustrated by silence and leave.
