Dilution is only an issue if it drives the PPS down, if dilution is occurring then it is occurring at a premium, BFRE does seem just to be accumulating at the moment though be it Diluted shares at this high PPS , so i can only assumed that this "dilution" is benefiting the company.

Hmmm im going to go ahead and say you shorted this at around .03-.07 in the gap range and cant seem to drive the price by shorting more shares at the .075 range hoping to cause a panic.
