This is a big deal... Just the mere fact that one of the most respected posters on this board has decided to weigh in, and speak down to it, makes it a big deal.
One might expect this kind of blunder with the video from a taxi cab driver...but not the head of a projected billion dollar company. It goes to credibility...and we all know about the previous track record of this company/management...of which very few are reluctant to discuss.
Perception, paying attention to detail, and striving for perfection are very important when seeking to get others to believe in a company, and the management team, and invest their hard earned dollars. Most know this...especially those that do not have blinders on... JMHO, of course, FWIW...
