Not selling either. Only got a few hundred invested in this co. but not willing to take the loss. Certainly can't hurt much @ this point by holding. Come back a little at this writing anyway. Maybe it was shorts. But who would bother after all this time of no activity? But then again, that's the OTC market, high volatility.
One thing that would really help investor confidence is if you called Signature Stock Transfer (Telephone 972.612.4120) and told them they are allowed to give out the number of shares outstanding and the float to investors that call them and inquire. Many other subpenny companies allow investors to call the transfer agent and check the share structure, so I think this would be a huge step in the right direction for VGID.
