Yeah, GARB sometimes teases us with signs of thawing, the sun comes up, it wiggles a bit, then freezes again.

I live an hour and a half from their area. If someone would remind of the address, I'll try to look them up and take photos to post. I should be going to Clearwater this Saturday for my granddaughter's District Swim Meet. Is Clearwater in the area?
